The Year 2025
Why does this year feel like a mammoth effort and people are exhausted already and not keen to jump in?
We all know things have changed, we’re just not sure how to approach life in a different way to have different outcomes. It all seems a little overwhelming and too challenging to be comfortable of difficult to get excited about.
Why and how do we change this?
Most are starting out from weak foundations.
What do you mean by weak foundations?
It means that the basic building blocks of life of sleep, eating well, exercise, meditation, drinking sufficient water have been eroded by the newest fad, the overwhelm of too much information and the insipid influence of fear and negativity in your environment that puts the majority of the population in a state of fight and flight.
How to counteract that state of fight and flight?
Well the foundations of your life need to be strong, routine like, done without too much thinking. They need to be a natural priority, where you don’t question or think twice about “should I? shouldn’t I” move my body, “should” or “shouldn’t” I eat a healthy breakfast and drink water to quench my thirst.
There are so many influencers out there helping with this type of information. Why is it so difficult to do consistently?
It relates to a lack of boundaries, primarily energetic boundaries.
We know we are all connected as one. We know that we are easily and strongly influenced by the energy of those around us and social media etc. And yet, why are we unable to clearly set our boundaries even with that awareness?
Boundaries can only become clear when there is a good anchor of the soul in a state of knowing and connectedness. Without an anchor point, then the energy moves all over the place and then there is no centre point or anchor point to reference back to with an understanding of were the boundaries should sit. It’s like the goalposts are always being moved.
The anchoring comes from a knowingness or connectedness which can come from faith in God or a spiritual connection to Source. Basically a sense of knowing there is something bigger than just our physical bodies, a presence that sits in a place of unconditional love that provides a level of grounding that is unparalleled for the human psyche in any other form.
That connectedness or anchor point allows for a knowing of self, and from that knowing of self, boundary decisions can be made.
Grounding can help, self awareness definitely helps, and a level of connectedness to your heart and gut for intuitive answers will also help to create boundaries.
Can you give me a recap?
Having an anchor point to Source/God, having a sense of knowing that you are connected to unconditional love in some way, that you have access to it, along with good foundations from a physical sense (eat, sleep, exercise, water and meditation/connection) will allow you to move forward more comfortably in 2025.
What about dealing with all the conflicting information around diet, exercise, beliefs, fears?
That centred knowingness helps with all of that.
Everyones body is different and continually changing. What is good for you today may not be good for you tomorrow or next week.
The key is learning how to intuitively feel what is right for you at any one time.
There is so much pulling on you from outside, it is very tricky to listen to the inside.
But, as we said, without that you will find it difficult to manoeuvre through the big changes in energy going forward.
Even taking the time to stop, take a deep breath and stating, ‘I am grounded, I am connected, I am centred and I am protected’ will help bring your energy back to your anchor point.
This will help you to survive more comfortably.
To thrive, you want to take it that next step further and start to put on your energy glasses every day.
What do YoU mean by energy glasses?
We mean you will need to observe the world around you in a slightly different way. You will need to look at it from the understanding of everything being energy, and look for the energy flow and energy blockages around you in in your life, in your body, in your awareness as a default perspective of your world.
Why does this help with thriving?
To thrive you need come from a place of comfort, calm and and an ability to trust in a good outcome. This cannot fully occur without an understanding of the world as an energetic world, not just a physical world. If you were to purely view the world as a physical world and not understand why and how things occur, you would be in a constant state of fear.
When you look at the world through the perspective of energy, you begin to understand how energy flows and how it gets blocked. How to clear blockages and how to manifest through the flow of energy towards a goal created by thought.
Thought is purely energy in motion.
You can be aware of a thought, but it never stays still does it?
No not really, MY thoughts are continually on the move, Ha Ha.
Exactly, and the frequency of a thought will have an impact on the creation of your reality.
Yes.
Interestingly my brain is overthinking things now and I feel I need to stop this flow to catch up.
Ha ha, yes we understand. There is no deadline to this work. Be aware of your energy and return when you are back in flow. Take the time to determine what has prevented flow on this occasion though. This is all part of looking at your world and your existence from an energy perspective.
