Self-awareness is key.
Yes, it is important to have an awareness of other people and a consideration for them.
Although, imbalance in your energy can occur when you worry about them or you have beliefs that what THEY think of you is of greater concern than what YOU think of you. Then things will begin to get a little shaky.
To find balance, take time to refocus on yourself and what makes you feel good.
Then re-contextualise where everyone else fits. Are you prioritising someone else’s value above your own?
