Keeping up!
Why is there this continual feeling of not keeping up with things, falling behind, not achieving enough? What is the energy behind this?
Look up more, put your face to the sky.
I know that seems a ridiculous antidote to your concerns but to look up you need to pause and stand still. You cannot look to the sky while moving forward.
There is no natural ability to be looking up and continue to do what you were doing other than thinking. And even then it gives the thought process a bit of a reset.
It doesn’t need long, it just needs to be a circuit breaker as the feeling of not doing enough, not achieving enough is more related to a ‘broken record’ energy, repeat after repeat, rather than a conscious processed thought.
What is enough? Most of you don’t even consider that question. You get on a hamster wheel and go, go, go.
Even the word enough, is a word that considers lack or abundance. It leans more into the energy of lack.
When you say that is enough, you are even still sitting in a lack of abundance, like the amount will just do and anymore will be too much and make you uncomfortable.
From now we suggest you consider looking at your achievements differently.
To be enough and to do enough is to just sit and be in your energy.
Sure, that will not put food on the table and pay the bills, but we want you to start there from an energy perspective.
Grounding yourself into an awareness of being enough just being you, is a great base to begin with.
Anything from there helps to lead into a more positive energy. The perspective that anything you do beyond just being you as you are as an energetic being, is enough, then anything else achieved upon that will be a win, a success, an achievement.
That will create a shift in your energy in a positive direction. A reset from the ‘hamster wheel’.
‘Yay, I unloaded the dishwasher, woohoo, I’m amazing!’
You may laugh at a comment like that, but remember we are talking about energy. It really doesn’t matter what you do or don’t do, it is always the focus on how you feel about it.
So start from that grounded base of if I do nothing at this point I am enough.
And work your day forward from there. Every little effort and action on top of that will feel like a miraculous event.
