Today’s topic is weight.
What would you like to say about weight?
Well the word weight has many connotations.
We can lift weights in a gym and we can carry weight on our bodies.
Side note: There is a question by Christa as to why we refer to you as we, not us and you. Just a little reminder, we are all one, so we are we and you are we. Therefore we are referring to all of us as we.
Ok, glad that has been cleared up, back to our topic at hand, weight.
Weight is weight. In our definition of it, it is purely energy that brings about resistance. You may feel a heavy barbell weight or an emotional weight that will feel just as heavy.
Once again, it is all energy in different forms that gives you an opportunity to feel.
That is irrelevant of if it is physical or non physical weight.
We know that resistance is important, it helps bring about awareness and strength. Intention and decision. It assists with structure.
We also know that an enormous part of the population has concerns around their bodyweight, too big, too small. Remember, it is all a perception of energy.
We want you to perceive the concept of weight as you would hot and cold, light and dark. It is purely a description of energy in a particular form.
Overweight? Underweight? Too skinny? Too fat? Any descriptions such as these are very much specific to an individual’s perceptions. Just like colour and sound which are all perceived slightly differently by every individual.
We want to bring your thoughts back to understanding energy.
Energy is the movement of particular molecules at a frequency.
The slower the frequency the denser the object. The more resistance in the energy that is brought together to make up an object or a human, the heavier it can feel.
Weight is frequency like everything else, If you personally assess yourself to be carrying extra weight in certain parts of your body, it is basically an area that holds a frequency of resistance.
If you wish to make changes in regards to your bodyweight, you must begin to understand the associated resistance.
It seems simple and it can be when you understand that the physical weight is more closely linked to resistant thoughts than it is to what you ingest or how much you exercise.
So are you saying being overweight is all in the mind?
All physical manifestation begins with thought. So this is no different.
An acceptable weight is also driven from an individual’s perception. What is overweight in some cultures is underweight in others. It all depends on the filter of belief you are assessing your world through.
When you feel like you are carrying additional weight you are also carrying resistant thought.
If you would like to alter your weight, spend some time in self-awareness and reflection of what resistant thoughts you have in regards to your body image or weight. Check in on your self-talk. You might be surprised what you hear.
Irrelevant of what you believe about yourself, you are love, through and through ❤️
