Health, Fitness and Wellbeing Beliefs
It’s not done until you believe it’s done! 💕
What does that mean?
It means the energy needs to shift to round things out.
Everything is a combination of beliefs, thought and physical experience for humans.
For example your body shape and fitness changing requires not only physical input and output but associated thought and beliefs.
Can you think yourself INTO BEING FIT & HEALTHY?
Ultimately yes, but many couldn’t as they wouldn’t believe it is possible. Even in that process of thought there would have to be thoughts that involve the awareness of physical changes that need to occur.
What is your goal?
To feel healthy, to feel physically strong, right?
Then your awareness plays an enormous part in this process.
A myriad of thoughts and beliefs combine to make you who you are now. So a myriad of thoughts and beliefs need to change to make you something else.
There are a multitude of ways to do this.
Yes, education and awareness about macros, calories, exercise would be one aspect. But the biggest component is the thought behind all of it.
In one culture a certain food is considered healthy in another it is unhealthy. All of those thoughts and beliefs will impact your physical body if you ingest that food.
So, the best way to go about the process is to decide how you want to look and feel and how in your current belief structure that is achievable.
You can educate yourself and work on expanding your belief structure to include alternatives to what you currently know to work, but those beliefs will need to be in alignment with you at your core belief level for them to work.
Some believe the only way they can loose weight is by surgery, others believe it is only through diet and exercise. Some may even believe they can meditate themselves into being a specific weight or shape. No one is wrong, it is all individual as to how it can work.
You need to find out what your beliefs are around your body, your food, your exercise and your emotions. And from that point then you know what tools you’re working with you can tailor your own program to suit your needs.
The problems occur when people try to place the actions/suggestions of others into their experience and those actions don’t line up with their core beliefs about themselves and about the other components (food, exercise, body image capability).
Once again, nothing is wrong or right, it is individual and it is your own individual responsibility to work it out for yourself.
That is where the point of power and point of change occurs. What suits you? What do you believe? What do you truly want? What do you believe is achievable?
Answer those questions first, then if the outcome is not what you would like, work out how to change your beliefs so you can change your outcome.
Beliefs can only be changed by being aware of them, acknowledging them and taking responsibility for them. Just like when you make a decision to drive left or right.
The same goes for your decision making in regards to body image, health & fitness.
Do I want to eat this food that my belief system tells me is not good for me? Why do I believe it to not be good for me? Has someone indoctrinated me with that belief? When I eat it, how do I feel? Do I feel better or worse? Initially better but then worse afterwards? Do I hear someone else’s voice in my head telling me I should or shouldn’t have eaten it? All of those aspects will have an impact on your cells. They are listening to your inner talk all the time, looking for guidance.
Take it bit by bit as you unravel these thoughts and become aware of your beliefs.
Remember, awareness can bring about change.
Have compassion for yourself as you maneuver through your journey of awareness of your body and mind connection in regards to your physical health and wellbeing.
All change is possible.
It can be fast or slow depending on your beliefs and your ability to adjust your beliefs.
Start on the outskirts of your thoughts, on the easy and obvious ones. Then work your way through the process of self awareness in regards to the deeper more subconscious beliefs.
And remember this is a continual journey of experience, not a destination. Your body will continue to evolve and change as will your beliefs & thoughts.
The fun comes through the aha awareness’s that you discover along the way!
Always remember you are source and are beautiful as you are. ❤️
