Today we head off down the path of discussing breath.

Breathing as you know is one of the crucial components of being human. Without it, your physical body will not function.

The more resistance there is to breathing, the more your body requires it.

The reason being, breathing helps to loosen the molecules, it creates energetic space. It brings oxygen into the physical body which is so desperately needs when your physical and mental bodies are under stress or pressure.

The best athletes know how to breathe well.

Talented singers understand the importance of breath.

A baby when born has to take in a breath of life before announcing itself to the world.

If we offer nothing other than telling you to take time to breathe, we will still have done you a service.

To add to the benefit, imagine that when you take a deep breath into your body, all of your cells are giddy with excitement that they are receiving a dose of oxygen. Imaging them clapping, dancing around and feeling alive.

And as you breathe out, imagine your cells taking a sigh of relaxing relief that they are able to continue on in their role of being a team creating your physical body with which your consciousness can feel and create.

The cells that are more congested, a little slower in frequency, maybe carrying some illness require that extra focus with your breath.

Awareness of breath is a priceless gift.
